About

Sandeep has over a decade of experience delivering large-scale technology platforms across enterprise and regulated environments - spanning real estate, financial services, taxation, aviation and public-sector domains. Prior to Acache, he held senior technology positions at leading consulting firms, working closely with global enterprises and regulators to align technology strategy with compliance, security and operational performance. He has led the development of enterprise onboarding and compliance platforms, AI-enabled legislative monitoring systems, and global tax and audit enablement solutions for institutions including Brookfield Asset Management, Bank of Montreal, Microsoft, CBRE, Lufthansa, Lutron Electronics and Huawei. At Acache, Sandeep leads product strategy, technical delivery and client engagement - building scalable, secure, AI-ready technology ecosystems that support enterprise innovation and long-term growth.

Akash Ghai

Group Chairman & Founder, Graysons Global Ventures

After qualifying in dentistry from Newcastle University in 2002, he scaled and later exited a multi-practice dental group across the North-East in a £5.7M transaction, before transitioning fully into real estate. In 2014, he founded Graysons Properties, the foundation from which the wider group has grown. He went on to found Acache, the group's proprietary technology arm, originally born from a bespoke property management app he built in 2014 to streamline lettings, compliance and operational delivery, and now an enterprise software platform serving real estate, fintech, healthcare and other regulated industries. Under his leadership, the wider portfolio has grown to £333M+ in value, including landmark assets such as Leazes Terrace in Newcastle and the £223M co-led redevelopment of Lilian Penson Hall in London. As Group Chairman and Founder of Graysons Global Ventures, Akash sets the strategic direction across the group's specialist operating businesses - Cohabit8, Property Shield, Spaciya and Acache - combining entrepreneurial vision with hands-on operational delivery and tech-enabled execution.

Dan Salmon

Dan Salmon began his career in 2009 at the height of the property crisis, joining the largest independent private landlord in Newcastle. He led a rebrand that grew company profits by 25%, was promoted to senior management within two years and was running the company by 2015. He has been instrumental in the acquisition and sale of over £100M of property assets, including facilitating a £40M, 900-bed private student portfolio sale, one of the largest in Newcastle. Dan specialises in property management and development across residential and commercial sectors, working closely with investors to source, acquire and manage their assets.
